Are your products genuine?
All our products are 100 percent genuine and sourced directly from the brand manufacturer. All items are sealed and packaged, exactly as you would find on the high street.
How do I pay?
You can pay for your order online via credit/debit card (Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard a) PayPal and Amazon Pay. We are currently unable to take telephone orders. Please do not send cash or cheques to us.
Will I be charged VAT / sales tax?
All sales taxes and VAT on orders dispatched within the EU are paid for by us. You can shop in confidence know the price you see, is the price you pay. *PLEASE NOTE: We have no control over taxes and fees charged on orders sent outside the EU. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
What are your postage and packing charges?
We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £15.00 dispatched within the UK. We also offer a next day delivery option for only £3.49. Full delivery information can be found on our delivery page.
Do you offer express delivery?
Our express delivery service operates in the UK only and is charged at £3.49 per order and is dispatched on a 24 hour TRACKED service. (Mon – Fri only)
How can I track my order?
We always use tracked delivery services for all our orders. Please check your delivery email for tracking information, should you not receive it then please contact us and we can provide it for you. The majority of orders will be received within 2 – 3 business days after dispatch. As we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal service please allow up to 5 working days for standard delivery.
What is your returns policy?
Please contact our customer service department if you wish to return your order. All returned items must be sealed and unused when returned to us. Any signs of customer use will result in your return being rejected. If your order is faulty or damaged we will issue you with a free returns label. Should you choose to return your order for other reasons you will be responsible for the cost of return. Please enclose your order number and reason for return, this will enable us to process your refund quickly.

*Please ensure any perfumes, nail varnishes or other flammable items being returned, have an ID8000 sticker on the package. These stickers are available from Post Office counters.
What do I do if I have not received my order?
If you have not received your order in the time specified within our delivery guidelines, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help.
Do you ever run our of popular products?
Occasionally we will run out of a particular product during the check out process, if this happen we will contact you within 72 hours of receipt of your order. You will have the option of cancelling or continuing with the remainder of your order.
