At SALON NINETY NINE we have made extensive changes to the way we work.  We have reduced the  workforce in our warehouse and have strict measures in place to adhere to social distancing and all government guidelines. The safety of our employees and customers is paramount and we are taking every measure to ensure we can operate as best as possible. With that in mind it may take us slightly longer to dispatch your order than usual. 

Delivering your order

Our delivery carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the safety of their drivers and our customers by operating a contact free delivery service. You won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered, although you can still select the signed for service, a name will be taken instead as confirmation. We will also continue to send email notifications upon dispatch to confirm delivery information.

Delivery timescales

Our delivery carrier is ROYAL MAIL, although they continue to operate to the best of their ability delivery times may take longer than expected. This includes the TRACKED 24 service. We ask you to please allow 1 week for delivery before contacting us, *48 hours for Tracked 24 / EXPRESS Delivery we will then investigate the delay with Royal Mail. We appreciate your continued patience at this time. 


At SALON NINETY NINE the safety of our staff and customers is paramount. Our salon is now closed and our office staff are working remotely. We look forward to returning to normal as soon as possible.
